Just checking in

I am still here.... just about.
I am still revising and revising and in my spare time I am- revising. My exams start a week on Monday, with a cardiovascular and respiritory physiology paper, then there is one on behavioural science- which I am "revising" for now.
There really isn't much to talk about- a lot of my friends are back at uni, but the majority of them had Firm 1 yesterday (I had my last on before we broke up for Easter). I miss them, but can't be bothered to uproot and go back just yet- plus I know that my flat is in a real state, so I want to avoid that for as long as possible!
I sent in my application to be a CO (Conference Officer) for next year's Fresher's week... it isn't anywhere near as boring as it sounds- bit of a silly name, because conference officers are there to liven things up and make sure everyone has a great time (I really hope I get it!)... anyway, I really ought to get back to revision!
Bye for now

Long time no see!

Sorry for my absence. I have been working manically since I broke up for easter!
From the day I got back I have either been working at Warwick Castle (where I am a tour guide) or keeping up with my revision (you can guess which one is neglected the most- and it isn't the one that pays by the hour!!!).
Life has been a little hectic as our conservatory decided to collapse, so we have had builders in "working" on repairs. I have had my first few days off, and realised that I had forgotted all about my Learning Medicine essay- what a stupid module anyway.... but I am really starting to wish I had made a few notes here of there, or at least paid more attention, the problem is that all their lectures were in the morning, when a hangover really inteferes with ones concentration capacity! Never mind, I will just have to come up with something.
I have started to go to a gym again, and really love swimming, it is on the way home from the castle so I can just pop in every evening. I used to go swimming every day before I wentr to uni, and I must say I am finding it hard to keep up with that- but this new place I have joined had squash courts so I have also enjoyed "playing" (I am somewhat... crap at it) a few games.
Oh, while I remember my step dad bought me some anatomy flash cards from the works for only £10!!!! (bargain!!!!- usually about £30) and I expected them to be a little on the rubbish side, but they are very good, so if your interested- get your hands on a set!... sorry I am not trying to advertise, just spreading the good word of bargains!
Unfortunately the revision is slightly overwhelming at the moment, I hadn't expected so much, but there is a whole year to recap, and that includes behavioural science..... ugh, not my favourite subject. But on the good side, I am not finding the whole remembering all of the muscles and the such like too hard.
Anyway I am hungry- so time for food now.
Bye for now,
D
